The sales service technician position is responsible to serve the needs of our customers through quality service, maintenance and sales. The main task of an irrigation technician is to maintain the irrigation equipment assigned to him or in a specific area. This equipment can include sprinklers, water lines, pumps, suction devices, valves and other plumbing equipment. This equipment can sometimes be buried underground and must be excavated to be maintained, so irrigation technicians should be comfortable working with digging equipment such as backhoes, shovels and augers.
A Service Technician Assistant is responsible for running calls with a Service Technician and assisting with the job. The job may range from maintaining the irrigation equipment, to drain clean-outs. This position does not require experience as we are willing to train the right candidates!
A student intern will work under the supervision of a field instructor who meets the educational and work related qualifications required by 360irrigation. A student intern will be provided with her/his own working space with all supplies and equipment needed to complete specified job functions, including access to electronic communications. The intern is expected to follow the guidelines 360irrigation employee handbook and guideline outlines, and is expected to participate in an orientation session facilitated by one of the Service Technicians Managers. Specific tasks will be defined by the student and assigned field instructor, with direction provided by their universities educational expectations and learning objectives. The Crew Worker position is responsible to assist Service Technicians/Crew Leaders in the field on the installation of lawn sprinkler systems, drainage systems, low-voltage lighting systems. The position requires high customers quality service, and care and should be executed with professionalism, honesty, ethics, integrity, care, friendliness and individual pride.
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering calls and scheduling customers for all locations. All calls are directed for the call center in which our team handles those calls. This position requires someone who is a team player, is honest, and hard working.
